(August 17, 2018, 10:31 am)UPDATED:The below experience happened, and I posted this review the day I got service (Tuesday). On Thursday evening I received a call from the owner apologizing. I was charged for 4 rotors instead of 2 by accident, and she offered me a refund for the over charge. Although the error shouldn't have been made in the first place (why it's at 4 stars), I was surprised and pleased with the way it was handled and by the end I felt like a valuable customer.
Went in and got an estimate on four brake pads and front rotors for my 2003 Toyota Camry. He told me that high end worst case estimate would be about $525. I dropped my car off at 830 and got a call at 11 that my car needs new rear calipers. Based on their pictures that's probably true. That's not the reason I gave one star... I told them to go ahead with front pads and rotors and I'd deal with the rear brakes later. My car was done at 4 and I will say, they gave me a 10% veteran discount.
My complaint is this... I was charged $222 for the parts. The front brakes came to $506. I went in the NAPA website and could order the parts for $35 each... Same part, same part number. The price was more then tripled on the rotors, hiking the price more then $150.. I understand a small mark up, maybe 30-50%, but not 310%!!! Not going back, and it's the most convenient to my house. Its a Shame, but this is clearly a company that can't get affordable parts, or they purposefully ripped me off.

(July 12, 2018, 5:58 am)Real Nice Shop! We needed a UHaul and auto transport trailer and they took good care of us. Very clean and professional operation inside and out and I could tell the people there really seemed to care about their auto repair customer's needs as well. I'd recommend them and would definitely have taken my cars their for service if we weren't already relocating.
