“We have been using this urgent care since the fall. I have been happy with most of my experiences and the care provided. The facility is beautiful and always clean. For my recent visit I used the online appointment feature which is very nice, however, it did not cut down on the amount of time it took to check me in. Check in felt very slowly, especially since I had been there 1 week prior and my information has not changed. I was seen fairly quickly and was pleased with the nurses and my care provider. At discharge, again, very slow. And I was handed discharge paperwork for someone else which I did not realize until I got home. Overall I'd say it's a good place to visit if you are unable to see your regular doctor.”

“I’ve been there 3 times. Once for me. Once for my oldest. Once for my middle child. They were quick, professional, relational, and knowledgeable. They even followed up in a few days to see how we were doing. We have PEIA insurance and they recently switched to no copay which was great! Only downside is you don’t know which Dr. you are seeing, but everyone was great. Highly recommend!!!”
