Bill's Towing & Auto Repair

Nobody likes to have to have their car towed and stored, but these guys were fair and reasonable humans. The young woman behind the one way mirror and whomever she called to work stuff out were cool as hell. I expect something along the lines of the 1984 cult class movie Repo Man when ever I have to deal with this stuff but these guys were smooth. Leads me to believe they do good and fair work as mechanics. The next time I have a vehicle impounded for verbally assaulting a Russian bot in a YouTube comment thread while not wearing a seatbelt in a blizzard I'm definitely asking the police to call these guys.

The customer service exceeded my expectations! I would like to thank Bills for responding so quickly on that cold snowy morning. My car was fixed and ready for me within the time frame stated by the dispatcher. Bill and his employees went out of their way to help me. It was a very cold(-6) bad weather day, with many accidents and slide offs. Bill’s Towing of Lodi, WI came to help with my tire change, when other towing companies wouldn’t. I spoke with Cathy who was kind, patient and understanding of my situation. She sent a truck twice to help out when I needed it most. I would definitely use their service again. It was quick, painless and professional.

I was in town for my daughter’s basketball tournament and came out after game 1 with my van sitting on its rim. They got my flat fixed and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. You guys are the best. Thanks for saving the day!!!!!
