Fabulous experience!! The receptionist was quirky and so much fun to chat with, the mechanics fixed my vehicle for a very fair rate & rather quickly. When I was unable to pick up my vehicle right away, they were completely understanding and let it sit a few more days. I got a follow up message from Mike, to ensure I was happy with their services. Awesome service! Auto repairs and maintenance is always so anxiety provoking...I am so glad Big Mike's can be trusted. I took a 1995 Chevy S-10 in to get a simple exhaust repair. They definitely could have found lots of other stuff to fix (I am sure of it) but they didn't even mention anything other than what I came in for. No pressure. Honest.
