(August 6, 2021, 7:11 pm)We have rented three different units over two plus years. The units are clean and secure, but the best part of Columbus Self Storage is the customer service. Steve responds to any question nearly immediately. He is extremely accommodating when we have needed additional units in short order. He is professional and kind. In a time when customer service is lacking, Steve goes above and beyond making sure the property is taken care of and his tenants needs are met. We highly recommend Columbus Self Storage!!! (November 1, 2020, 9:12 am)We were one of the first to occupy a space at Columbus Self Storage. Since that first unit, at times we’ve had up to 5 units of various sizes accommodating everything from estate sale items to classic muscle cars. The addition of the climate controlled units were also a great amenity. Steve is a first class owner that takes safety, security, cleanliness and customer service. He will be my first and only call when we need a unit again!
