We had an issue with our well water about a month ago and Wright came through to diagnose and fix the problem.
They were patient as I described the issue and tried to diagnose before a house call, and when it was determined a house call was necessary they were prompt getting the service done quickly.

This is the only plumber I've used that I've felt certain the problem would be fixed permanently and efficiently. Our tankless water heater stopped working because of scale and we couldn't fix it since whoever installed it didn't install the bypass valves that are supposed to go with it for maintenance, and it ended up springing a leak as well. Brian Wright plumbing was the only plumber out of all the ones we contacted who said they could put the bypass valves in for us, and let us know it was still under warranty so we could get it replaced. We decided to upgrade to a larger model and he gave us a run down of all the options they had available and the pros and cons for each, as well as a accurate price estimate, and ordered it right away. It's so nice to have hot water again, and it's nice to know there's a plumber in the area we can depend on.

As a younger widower, who’s husband fixed everything. The first time I had to call a plumber was just plain scary. My brother-in-law recommended Wright Plumbing & Soil Testing, Inc. They used them for their family farm plumbing issues. He said they know what they're doing and they won’t soak you. Lol He was absolutely right!
I spoke to the owner, Brian. He sent one of his experienced plumbers to immediately address a serious plumbing leak. After that, it was the septic system/drainage field replacement, serious pipe leak from the bathtub, thought my softener needed replacement, they tested the water, said no replacement necessary, then kindly went through the instructions with me to maintain, and a new Water Heater.
My neighbor talked to me after the replacement of the septic system about some plumbing issues they were having. I recommended Wright Plumbing. They actually stopped me in the street to let me know what a great recommendation I made. They said Wright did a great job and their services were very reasonable.
