Excellent job installing our new fireplace. Very knowledgeable about their products. Everyone of their staff was nice and easy to work with.

We were happy to learn that our builder contracted with Fireplace Professionals for all fireplace needs for new construction. We had used them in the past and were very, very pleased with Scott (the owner) and his staff. Our new home has two of their fireplaces and we're absolutely thrilled with them!

We just had our top-of-the-line furnace fail on us 3 days ago and it's cold!! We had both fireplaces running to make it semi-comfortable in the house while we dealt with the troubleshooting and procurement of various parts throughout the state. Thank God we had these fireplaces.

We had our wood-burning fireplace replaced with a gas fireplace. Scott, Abbie, and his team were awesome to work with. Their showroom is a great place to see all the fireplaces and how they work. Abbie is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of gas fireplaces. From the original estimate, to the finished job, everything went smoothly. During the installation, our carpeting was completely covered with tarps, and everything was cleaned up and vacuumed when they left. It was not an easy job..we have a 40-year old large field-stone fireplace, so fitting the insert and the faceplate was difficult, but Scott and his metal fabricator made it look like it was an original installation. We are extremely happy and would recommend Fireplace Professionals to anyone.

We had a total wood fireplace removal and replacement including the 80s brick. Everyone we met was amazing. Communication was a little low at first but after I expressed concern Abbey went above and beyond to keep us updated. Everyone , including the contractors that came in to do the mantle and Mason workers, was so professional and I was able to keep my business open the entire time. Thank you so much! We love our new fireplace.

The Fireplace Professionals installed oak composite flooring in my office. Beautiful job, fair price and professional installation. They also repaired my gas fireplace- with one service call.
