(March 2, 2022, 4:45 pm)I live 2 miles from this location. I wish they would use that information to determine when to let me know they are “ready to see me”. I got the notification at 12:30 but had to wait until 2:30 to be taken to a room, meanwhile the lobby was overly warm from the southern sun beaming in the wall of windows. I’m probably crabby from being sick for six days now but I think it’s a bizarre system (to ask how quickly I can get to the location but then still have me wait SICK in the lobby). All staff were very nice (they always are) and the facility was clean. Will continue to use when necessary but will ask how long the wait is when I check in next time!
(February 23, 2022, 7:17 am)It was nice to hear a phone call back from the Mckinney central location as soon as I registered for a visit. I walked in and they promptly acknowledged me entering their location and waited about 15 minutes to get me back into a room. Nurse had a great since of humor even after a long shift. The staff took care of my needs and I was out the door.
(November 28, 2021, 4:35 pm)Great service! Love that you can wait at home until they’re ready and able to see you. Beats going to any hospital ER. They saw me very fast once I showed up after making an appointment and filling out forms online.
(November 10, 2020, 10:19 am)Every interaction I have with FVH is a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and compassionate, and the doctors are patient, wonderful listeners, and take the time to fully engage with you. What's more is that they treat chickens! I would absolutely recommend FVH!

(July 7, 2020, 9:43 am)Our vet was very knowledgeable. She addressed all of my questions about our new puppy - making sure I understood and always asking if I had more questions. As an excited new dog owner, I appreciated the thorough responses and patience while addressing my concerns. Will definitely be back for all of our future vet appointments.
(July 6, 2020, 10:46 am)Dr. Lukas has been our vet for the past 4 years and is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and cares very much about pets! She does not recommend treatment that is unnecessary and tries to keep cost down. She stays in connect, if needed, with you via phone calls or e-mail. She has a tremendous level of compassion. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend taking your pet to the Fitchburg Veterinary Hospital.
(May 28, 2020, 3:10 pm)Every visit I've had here has been amazing. They have taken care of my pup so well. My pup has some boundary issues because she loves people so much and the staff are friendly and let her give them her love.
When it came to getting her puppy shots, they comforted her and were gentle. The Vet let me ask all the questions I had and gave informative responses.
The people here really care for their customers. I haven't been to any other vet in Madison since visiting this one.
