I had a deck that was rotting and the ledger board was pulling away from the house. I was concerned about the structural safety of the house. Alex, the sales rep, was entirely up front and honest. I initially gave him a budget for my deck. He then provided the choices for that budget. He did not try and "upsell" me to try and get me to buy more expensive materials. I finally had to talk him into letting me upgrade some options I wanted and assure him that I really wanted to buy a few more options than the initial number I provided! The build team was outstanding. It was clear that they took a lot of pride in the high quality work they wanted to provide for the customer and also to ensure that the Third Gen company final deck product lived up to the company's top quality reputation. Thanks to the Third Gen Team for the outstanding service and final deck product! You could not do better than this company for building a deck.”
