After several years of trying to find a reliable plumber in Madison, Butler is my go-to! I have worked with them on several jobs now--for repairs and remodeling--had every experience has been excellent. They are reliable, do great work, and are a pleasure to work with. Tom down at the office has gone above and beyond to help me trouble-shoot problems and make sure I got just the right products.
Butler Plumbing is a family business that treats YOU, their customer like family. They are always there when you need them whether its our building on Monroe Street, Clinic in Verona or our house they get the job done fast and efficently.
Had them put in a new sink faucet. It went in super fast and while on site they also disconnected my dishwasher. Two guys, an apprentice and Master. I would use them again. They also explained why you have to buy parts from them, they get much better parts than you get online or at home Depot so they only guarantee when they buy. I confirmed that you can buy the "same model" for cheaper than Butler offers but the parts are really not the same like they told me. Plastic versus brass...
