Greg is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He saved me money, gave good advice and was very prompt. I think he is outstanding.
My main water line backed up into my basement and some sewer water came up through a drain. I called John the next day and he was at my house within a few hours. He was prompt, efficient, and it was a reasonable price. He also wore a mask the entire time and was very courteous about us maintaining a 6 feet distance. He even cleaned up! I cannot recommend him enough!
Called him up with a drain that needed to be cleared and he was able to come out the same morning and clear it. Super fast and super helpful. Gave helpful tips on how to maintain and upgrade stuff too.
He came quickly and fixed a terrific plug for the price he stated. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. Oh, and he runs his auger like Eric Clapton plays guitar, no excess show, economy of effort, but precise and perfect.
