He was more than helpful, not pushy, very knowledgeable, provided me with honest and helpful information and above all else he was great with my 3 year old daughter that I brought with... went as far as to provide her with coloring books and crayons. Alan truly made this process as easy as possible for me and I can’t thank him enough!
