Working with Lukas on my Nutrition has been very valuable. It was encouraging to know that he was there when I had questions and he had a wealth of information to share. I feel like I am better equipped to achieve my nutrition and fitness goals!

Working with Lukas has been an incredible experience for me. I went from not having ever lifted weights before to confident in a wide variety of lifts and movements in just a few months.

It is incredibly difficult to find a trainer who can handle both high-level strength and sports performance training in Madison. In the span of a few short months, we had members of our club team performing better athletically than they ever had before. A team that barely made sectionals years prior came in as a hot contender for the crown thanks to Lukas' holistic focus and meticulous guidance.
