We lived in a townhouse for 1 year and then when we had a baby and needed more room, we moved into a larger unit in the same building for another year because we liked the management and building so much. I felt the rent price was great for all of the space and amenities (like garage parking and snow removal) you received. Sandy in the office was such a pleasure to work with and she always made sure to handle any issues quickly! Again, would recommend renting from this company :)

Sandy the manager was always great to work with and Tom and Michael were always around to help out as well! Great place and great people!
(February 15, 2020, 5:19 pm)We enjoyed our time renting with Ellefson company! Rent was reasonable, we recieved our security deposit back, maintenance requests were handled extremely quick, and the staff was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend renting from them!
(June 20, 2018, 10:33 am)I moved into a brand new building in Middleton last year and absolutely love it! My experience has been wonderful with The Ellefson Companies. My neighbors are great; we even grill out and have drinks almost weekly in the summer months. It's quiet here with a beautiful setting. The staff is professional and maintenance is spot on. When I email Sandy, her response is immediate. I highly recommend renting from this company!
