Talk to Coley! That's my advice. I got a flat tire w/o a spare and was stranded for the 1st time ever. I called Wilde East and she saved the day. Coley made my appointment for me, but somehow she knew the tow truck would be late, so she made my appointment for the next morning. We talked on the phone a couple times about the status of my car. Coley is amazing, and Wilde East treats you like family!

I wish I could give WILDE East Towne Honda and service advisor Coley Kunitz 10 stars! Last week I was driving from Minnesota to Indiana with my teenage daughter. Earlier that morning, in Minnesota, I had put four brand new tires on my car. When we reached Madison for gas we noticed immediately that the car was making a very strange sound. We googled the nearest Honda dealership and found Wilde to be 5 miles away. We called and spoke to an advisor who told us to come over and they would check it out.

When we pulled into the service area where we were greeted by Coley Kuntz. She immediately jumped into action seeing that we had a flat tire. We explained our situation and she reassured us that they would find us a new tire and get us safely on our way. Within in minutes she located a tire for us. The shuttle driver drove us to the nearest mall and we waited less than one hour.

Coley is professional, kind, and efficient. We continued on our way and felt very grateful to have found Wilde Honda. Only regret, we live in MN and Wilde Honda is in WI. Would definitely recommend Wilde Honda. Thanks Coley! You’re the best!!

My Son and I went in search of a new vehicle for him. He ended up buying a 2017 Honda Accord. We had a great experience. Velislav in sales was great, his Manager Aaron also assisted him as needed. Kenn in the finance office did a super job of going over the details so that we were comfortable with all our choices. All in all we had a great experience and would shop with them again. My Service advisor Mikaila Is the best. She is always looking out for what’s best and is very knowledgeable and easy going. It’s a great experience going there! I’m always given details on what is recommended for my suv. It’s refreshing experience to find a place that can can trust and that offers good value! I highly recommend going there for service. I want to thank everyone there for always making me feel welcomed and also making sure that I have a great experience.
