“Okay, listen up Best Western :) We stay here a couple times a year while visiting family. The prices are always pretty decent and the stay is okay. But we're edging on three stars. The service is friendly and the pool is nice, but the rooms are quite dirty (carpet, eww) and they have a little bit of a musty smell to them. Definitely been in worse hotels but lets see if we can get back to 5 stars shall we? :D”
