The young man that I dealt with when I picked-up my dry cleaning at the Klinke's Monona location was both professional and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. It is employees like him that keep me coming back to Klinke Cleaners.

55 years ago I was a junior bridesmaid at my older sister’s wedding. 49 years ago I graduated high school. Both dresses were made by my mother who made everything from curtains to three-piece suits for my father and wedding dresses for my both my sisters. Recently both of my dresses were cleaned and pressed without destroying the fabric, due to their age. They came out beautifully are now stored fir preservation. Thank you for taking care of these precious memories.

They definitely have a small town Wisconsin customer service vibe, which I love. They are also really sharp and keep great track of all the little details and your preferences. They make my work clothes look great.

Klinke Cleaners, and their Zip 'n' Stitch alterations side-business, are just easy & smooth to use. Simple. I bring in my clothes, they take measurements, and a week or two later I pick up the clothes, altered & cleaned, at the cleaners next door. Reasonable prices, no surprises. Just so nice to have a place that is so straightforward to use for my clothing alterations!

They did a great job. Set up an account and you won’t even have to get out of your car. It was quick and easy. You can set up auto pay on your account so you don’t have to even worry about the transaction at pickup. They included all eligible coupons with the cleaning too. Highly recommended!
