“I called and wanted to get some vitamin injections and talked to Kim about everything. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and professional. I told her that I worked until 5pm and she advised me that they close at 5pm, but she told me that she was stay after to make sure I picked up the injections today. Kim went out of her way 150%. I am extremely thankful that this company is amazing and absolutely cares for their customers. Ellie was also amazing when I came in for my original session. “Not my usually gym, but close to one of my jobs. Served it’s purpose. I kind of like the layout. I can’t say much for everything as I only used the treadmill and then left. I did have an issue where I fill up my water bottle after my workout, I was only able to fill the bottle up a quarter of the way. Wasn’t a big deal as I had water in the car, but it would be important if I hadn’t. I’m sure I’ll be back when I’m in the area.”
