Very friendly staff. Introduced themselves, asked a few questions and then they began taking the mold. The process was quick and easy. After the mold was taken I was allowed to customize the ear plug to my liking and any questions I had at that time were answered. The two graduate students who were helping made me feel relaxed and did what I thought was a excellent job.
I'm excited to pick up my custom ear plugs next week and look forward to breaking them in at future concerts. If you need a mold done for custom ear plugs this is the place to go!
