“I could write a novel about how amazing this place is. I have severe dental phobia, like full blown panic attack as soon as I sit in the chair bad. I have never felt so much compassion and patience from a medical professional before. Everyone here will work with you to make you as comfortable as can be and make the experience tailored to you. I had to get 2 fillings done today and I was dreading it for weeks. It was not bad at all and everyone made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Shout out to Katy and Dr. Pawelski for being awesome and making me laugh to try and calm my nerves. As far as the actual work goes, you literally cannot tell I have a filling in my front tooth. The color match is perfect and it looks incredible! I can't recommend this place enough and I will not go anywhere else for dental care! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!”

“Dr. Bice is an amazing professional! I came to her after being in pain for six months due to a large herniated disc. I was in so much pain and completely exhausted from the stress of it, but once I was referred to a spinal specialist, they quickly referred me to Dr. Bice. She listened to me describe all the treatments I'd tried. She was very compassionate and clearly explained the next steps. I'm so grateful that she did not hesitate to operate on me despite me being overweight; she saw the incredible pain that I was in! Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in very quickly for the surgery. Thanks to her and her amazing team, everything went very well. I felt so much better after the surgery and no pain during my recovery was even close to the intense pain I felt before. The healing process went smoothly and after four months, I had my final follow up with Dr. Bice. She completely reassured me about being active again and not fearing another injury. I appreciate the confidence she gave me. My discectomy was done over six months ago and I'm so glad I had the surgery done and done by such a great surgeon (and team!). “June 2018 - Great visit! I have two girls, ages 8 and 10, who have seen Dr 'CC' Cecilia for the past 2 years. Previously we were located in Wausau, Wisconsin. CHILDREN'S LIKEABILITY: My girls enjoy going to their appointment. One of my girls has Down syndrome and also is very comfortable with the atmosphere and people! As an involved parent I know she and my other daughter are receiving the care they need. X rays go well and staff is patient to give time for a child to adjust. Dr CC and her staff are friendly, open to questions and take quality time with their patients! I appreciate it visits and the personalities of the staff! KIDS LOVE: After your child's cleaning they get 1 or 2 coins to use in the reception/lobby area in a machine. Machines (16) have fun prizes in them to choose from. DOCTOR: Great, multiple options, see website DENTAL HYGIENIST: Great, we had 'Barbie ' STAFF: Great, works with changes in scheduling! Organized and efficient. HOURS: See website. ATMOSPHERE: Not large but open and bright. Waiting area has reception, adoring area, 2 tv's with children's shows and two game areas for children to play video games. AVAILABILITY: Great, keeping in mind you still need to plan for any appt. The staff groups my girls together. Also have a cancellation list if you'd like to be placed on. LOCATION: Excellent. East Madison within 1 mile of Sun Prairie and off Hwy 151, easy access on and off highway.”

Virtually zero wait time. Great conversation with the hygienist and dentist before we got going really helps you get to know each other a bit. That made me feel at ease while getting my examination. Also was able to book my next appointment right away with the hygienist. No need to mess around at the desk on the way out. This may sound weird but I'm actually looking forward to getting back and taking care of myself. Not all dentist offices are created equal. Highly recommend!”
