“Dr. Bice is an amazing professional! I came to her after being in pain for six months due to a large herniated disc. I was in so much pain and completely exhausted from the stress of it, but once I was referred to a spinal specialist, they quickly referred me to Dr. Bice. She listened to me describe all the treatments I'd tried. She was very compassionate and clearly explained the next steps. I'm so grateful that she did not hesitate to operate on me despite me being overweight; she saw the incredible pain that I was in! Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in very quickly for the surgery. Thanks to her and her amazing team, everything went very well. I felt so much better after the surgery and no pain during my recovery was even close to the intense pain I felt before. The healing process went smoothly and after four months, I had my final follow up with Dr. Bice. She completely reassured me about being active again and not fearing another injury. “My 5 y/o son was excited to visit his father's barber and get a mohawk. We got there early, and 'Dre was just finishing up with a client by trimming his sideburns with a straight razor. The blade scared my son, and in 5 minutes time my son worked himself up into tears with fear. Several nearby stylists came out to reassure him to no avail, but once 'Dre finished up, he came out and spoke directly to my son. He asked his name and introduced himself then brought my son inside to pick out a snack. 'Dre went out of his way to put my son at ease without baby talking him. He showed off his tools, put on a cool stop motion Lego video, and got to work. Within minutes my son was laughing and having a great time. I'm really thankful for the customer service. This guy knows what he's doing. I've been coming to him for a while for my own fades, and if I'm judging by the number of times my son checked himself out in every reflective surface, he will be bugging me for another haircut soon enough. “I have taken lessons from Sue S. since Oct of 2021. Sue has made systematic small changes in my swing that has yielded big results. She gives me ways to practice and learn what she is teaching me. Sue was super excited when I wanted to have a lesson on chipping, putting and sand shots because this is where I can save strokes. I use all of her methods because they work. I love the app and the video comments because I review them when I go to the practice range so that I practice what she taught me. When I do what Sue teaches me, I hit the ball straighter and longer. Since I started taking lessons from Sue S., I have dropped almost 20 strokes and increased my length by 10 - 30 yards. They guys in my league are impressed with my improvement!! Thank you Sue.”

“Although I have had very good experiences, I recently moved into Medicare Advantage Balance and spouse into Assurance, and our drug costs per month have exploaded to well over $1250.00. The issue is the donut hole, and we were not especially informed about this even as we were given a list of the costs of drugs we use while on Balance/Assurance by a salesperson. Trust me, the high cost was certainly not included, so when the pharmacy told us the cost, absolute shock and disbelief. In the end and after much, much discussion with billing, we have now learned that our total yearly drug costs will be in the range of $15,000.00. Certainly this expense ought to have been shared but we were simply told the drugs we listed were rather inexpensive. So, I urge Dean to tell its sales people to fully explain the donut hole, and have a much better description of it in their brochures. Keep in mind that we also have several thousands in out of pocket, as well, and as one with a number of health issues, these costs are certainly not welcome.”

“As a mom the childcare is more important to me than any other amenity. The girls working there are fabulous and know my kids by name. I’m super comfortable leaving them with them while I workout, and my oldest begs me to go back which is amazing! As for the gym, I think some of the equipment could be updated, the benches/bars remind me a lot of a gym on a military base we used to use, and that equipment was easily from the 70s. There’s lots of different areas to exercise which is great and I use the track more than I thought I would.”
