Ron and I worked together and he developed a plan for me to reach my specific goals. His personalized workouts come with videos to show the correct form you should be doing. When I've been unsure of my way around the gym, I've set up personal training sessions to have him show me the ropes. However, I wasn’t sure which lamp to get so I got Derek the manager to come out and look at my car, pick out the correct one, check out AND he installed it for no charge in less than 5 minutes. “Very impressed by this place. I drove 25mins from my home to come eat because I was craving a delicious salad and that is exactly what I got. The cashier was very kind and helpful. The price is great for the amount of salad you can have! The only improvement that would be good is that, the salad bar be more maintained and kept stocked up. This didn't ruin my experience at all and I will be back, I guess I just expected the salad bar to be fairly well stocked for 5 or 6 o'clock. Other than that I loved the food! It was fresh and delicious and I will be back very soon. Thank you so much”
