Out of the 15+ times I’ve ordered we’ve only had something wrong once due to a miscommunication and it was remedied very quickly without fuss. We typically order crab ragoon, general tso chicken, Mongolian beef, beef lo menu, or egg drop soup. The fried rice is mediocre
