BJ is always willing to help, and he doesn't treat you like an idiot. he explains the issue in a simple yet detailed manner, is always willing to show you the worn parts and explain himself. he's good about responding promptly to questions, and keeping people updated on the status of their vehicle. he's a good guy, and an honest, no bull mechanic that can give both a good deal, and excellent service, and has kept many of my vehicles running beyond what I've expected. give him a try, and he'll knock your socks off.
