Tried Baltas’s birria for the first time today, got 2lbs of birria. Got home and prep my tacos with some guac I already had made and the birria was bomb! 🤯🤤👌🏼 The consomé had a rich flavor and that makes the meat taste delicious. The meat was soft and just perfect! Definitely going back 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Definitely 10/10 the consume has a delicious taste 😋 and the red salsa is super spicy really sets the tacos off! I have tried quesa birria tacos from many popular places and it doesn’t compare Baltas Birria is 1000 x’s better!

First off I want to say, this guy already is 5 stars, so I was intrigued. However I was unaware that the food was served from his home. I had very high hopes that it would be a hole-in-the-wall type of establishment. But this owner cooks and sleeps here. With that being said, the food was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I tried Birria tacos for the first time about 3 weeks ago and she’s been craving more. We fortunately found this place close to home. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed the perfectly packaged food. Wonderful packaging for traveling. Not a single drop of juice or food spilled during my commute. Upon opening the plate to the tacos, my nose was grazed with such beautiful aromas that made me desperate to try it. My wife took the first bite. Immediately she was ecstatic and said these were better than ANY tacos she’s ever had. Needless to say, we devoured all 8 tacos while dipping them in the plethora of sauces provided. The red sauce was flavorful and even too hot for someone like me who LOVES spice. The green sauce was also flavorful and a tad spicy, but not too much to bare. Spice lovers, get the red sauce. Overall this establishment would receive 10 stars if I could give it to them. Definitely try it out and give your honest review. I will definitely frequent this place over and over.

The best hidden gem in the West Valley. When you drive up to the side gate ,call in before hand and wait for perfection. These Birria tacos are a vessel towards euphoria. If you’re ever in Maryvale and you wanna try something amazing, come check this place out.

Hands down, the best birria tacos I have ever tasted. The fact that they are literally made right in his family's home speaks volumes. The beef is shredded and so tender that it almost melts with every bite with a slight bite of heat. The vegetables were so fresh and crisp. The balance of flavors is phenomenal. Excellente and speedy service. Next time I ever travel to Phoenix AZ, this is a must!!!!!!!! One of the best food experiences I've had. Highly recommend!!!!!

This is a beautiful area with a remnant oak woodland and successful prairie and savanna restoration restoration. Great trails and views with a community garden nearby!
