“Elite towing treated me like I was their only customer. They were friendly and considerate to my situation. They worked with me from the day of the accident until the day we received back the vehicle and all the moments in between. I was given the mechanics work cell number Just in case I have any problems down the road. Which I don't anticipate because they are good at what they do that is evident. Keith went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. I wanted to go above and beyond and write a good review so that everyone knows what good people they are and if you need help in a bad situation like this you can absolutely count on them. No one is happy about being in an accident but if it's gonna happen at least I had an amazing body shop and mechanic on my side. Thanks Elite. You deserve more than 5 stars. Aug 31 I want to update this I have had my car for over a month now and it couldn't be more perfect not a problem but that's not the reason for this update I lost a very expensive diamond earring before the accident. I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.”

“I made an appointment a week before for 11 o’clock. I showed up at 10:30. Thinking I might be able to get in and get out pretty quick. Little did I know that one of the towers in the area had went down. The store was packed. There was only two associates in the store. One was dealing with a customer that looked like it was taking a while. The other(the reason for the 5 stars) was getting to everyone as fast as he could. This man was dealing with irate customers and getting people in and out with a very level head. There were a few times I could see he was getting frustrated as well were the customers, but he handled himself very well. After getting all of the other customers taken care of(he had realized I was there and I was getting new phones so mine was gonna take longer than everyone else’s so I waited) he was finally able to help me. Gabriel, I’m glad I could be the easiest part of your day and thank you for your help.”

“I had one of the best retail store experiences recently at this Staples, needed to leave a positive review. Purchased a chair online, this location made returns very simple and didn't give me a hard time. They offered to build a few chairs for me, unbox to fit in my car if needed, carried it in the rain to my car, and even looked up online that it was cheaper on their website and proactively gave me a discount. The Manager and young employee who checked my purchase out were super friendly and helpful, I will be taking my business back to them.”
