“I have been to over 50 CrossFit gyms in the last 8 years and this is one of the best. I was travelling and unexpectedly found myself in Mt. Horeb this summer and needed a gym ASAP to train at for a few days. Jamie could not have been more responsive and accommodating, even letting me come in during off hours (due to COVID craziness) so I could get my session(s) done. My 17 yr old son hadn't been to a CrossFit class in months and we ended up being the only two there on a Friday night so... Jamie basically gave my son a FREE 1 on 1 training session! Jamie just said, "what do you want to work on" and my son walked away with some new insights on his Clean technique that he still uses. In short, we rec'd WAY more than we paid for. With their level of attention to detail, safety and overall athlete experience, I'm sure Trollway Crossfit will continue to thrive and grow. I highly recommend them if you are looking for attentive, quality coaching and an environment I am guessing will produce results.”
