“I absolutely love this salon! It's hard to find the right stylist for you. Jessica has been doing my hair for a few years and I really hope she never has to move away! I always had problems styling my hair myself until Jessica put me down the right path. My last haircut was the cutest yet! This is an excellent place to get a perm done too! I love that nobody fights here (that was at a previous salon that I couldn't wait to get out of). Everybody here is genuinely nice. I don't think it's possible to get a bad haircut here.”

“There’s a lot to like about this spot. As mentioned by others, you serve your own beer, wine or cider. You pay for precisely what you pour, so you can have as little or as much as you want to drink. Prices are excellent for just about everything. The food is also very good. There is a good amount of variety, the dishes are simple but well thought out and executed, and the quality and freshness of everything is above average. We’ve been a few times with our toddler, and we’ve loved it every time. It would be nice if there was a little more decor to make the space warmer and more inviting (more art on the walls, more plants along the patio fence, and maybe slightly dimmer lighting). This place would also work well for casual dates, girls or boys night out, or even a good place for carry out to bring to a friends house. It’s very clean and organized, the service is light but adequate, and the overall experience is very good. This is a great place to have in MoHo, so hopefully more people will check it out to keep it thriving!”

“I ordered 90" wide Shannon Cuddle fabric out of California and they sent me the wrong color. I have to finish this quilt in 2 weeks so I called this store on a Sunday expecting an answering machine telling me the store hours. Jeanne not only answered but sent me multiple pictures showing me color options for my quilt. She shipped my order immediately on the Tuesday morning after Memorial day. Unfortunately the Postal Service didn't get it to me until Saturday. (Frustrated but not at all her fault!) Customer service like she provided is unheard of anymore so I appreciate her so much! “One of the employees gave me incorrect information about fixing and electrical problem and set an appointment for a service that Firestone couldn't perform. When I got the the store, Gia not only apologized for the wrong information, but bent over backwards to work with a local electrical shop to complete the repairs and to make payment convenient for me. Even David, who originally gave me the wrong information, fully redeemed himself in my eyes by giving providing me with constant updates and essentially shepherding my car through the entire process. I was initially very upset with Firestone, but everyone makes mistakes, and it was truly inspiring to see the lengths to which they went to correct their mistake and keep their longtime customer happy.”
