I had the pleasure of working with both Heather & Felicia with an upgrade. Both ladies were phenomenal with attention to detail as well as not pushy. When I explained what was important to me in a phone they listened which is so important. I felt respected through the entire process and did not feel I was “just another sale”. I have been with Verizon for now 13 years and this was truly the best experience I’ve had during that time! Thank you ladies so much for taking care of my needs and helping me choose the best fit!

I finally upgraded from my iPhone 7 to the new 12 today. Heather and Felicia were very attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would have typically gone to the Apple store, but i wanted to support a local business and avoid the crowds. Highly recommend!
