These guys are awesome! I've done virtual and their good energy is always on, keep you accountable and pumped up, with legit plans for your fitness goals. They genuinely care for your success within your goals. Science based knowlege meets sincere hearts and a lot of light hearted fun too! The app is easy to use for tracking, following the plan, and connecting with community and coaches. I Recommend I2Fitness for fitness support. My focus with them has been in exercise and you can tell they know their stuff and practice it.
12Fitness has been a great fitness program to be a part of!! I have the support of the fitness coaches whenever I need it!! They styled this program with my needs and my goals and my fitness level in mind! I wanted a fitness program where I could do at home and learn to fuel my body with the best nutrition that it needed. Since beginning the program I have looked forward to doing the exercises each and every day; on days I feel “tired” I push through because once I start doing the exercises I feel better! My day goes much better, I have the energy!! I’m happier and I love the results Im experiencing!!!!💪🏼🔥💪🏼
I2 fitness has been a great experience from the very start of me working with them. They have countless planned workouts, meal plans, and schedules to keep you committed to pushing to be the best version of yourself. I have worked with coach Mike and you can tell he and the rest of the staff have really put time and thought into their approach. From the energy they bring to this, it’s clear this is their passion. Their communication style and delivery is excellent. The detail included in the customized plan gave me exactly what I was looking for to take my fitness journey to the next level. I truly feel they have really found a perfect intersection of professionalism and sharing of fitness knowledge. Depending on whatever your lifestyle and fitness goals are they have really separated themselves to be a go-to. I highly recommend giving i2 fitness a try.
I had a great experience while working with I2 fitness. The coaches were awesome, very supportive, and knowledgeable. The meal plan was easy to follow and the workouts were fun but challenging at the same time. There was a lot of variety as far as workout, depending what you were looking for. My coach was always there to keep me on track or help me when I strayed a little. For anyone looking to get into a healthy routine but unsure where to start, I would highly recommend I2 fitness.
Tanner was a great trainer! Workouts were not overly hard, but challenged me to strive to do my best at doing them correctly. Meal plans allowed for making choices based on preferences and were not overly hard to follow. Accountability, support, and encouragement were all there with trainer check-ins and online group with fellow participants. Great recipes were provided, which I loved what I tried so far. In two weeks, I've gone from a mainly sedentary person to working out almost every day. The exercise itself has made me feel like I weigh much less than I do....lol.. All in all, a great experience I've enjoyed so far. I would recommend it to others.
