Marinara and goat cheese dip with pita breads and huge mixed green salad with tasty fresh bacon bits to split among four. Ordered two delicious pizzas. Classic sausage mushroom green pepper and onion. Plenty of ingredients covering every bite. Onion mushroom and garlic was also very good. Lots of leftovers. Goats and llamas out back. Really adorable.”

“We were looking for a quiet fishing spot. This was a fairly quiet place. Nice clean spot with facilities. We spent about an hour fishing from the bank, but got hung up at least 5 times. Neither of us were familiar with the area, so I'm not sure if that's normal here or not. I'd love to come back with a row boat! We saw quiet a few bass jumping, and saw a tiny perch and blue gill. (Where there's tiny ones, there's sure to be bigger ones)”

“Nice place to walk among a varied woodland and what could be a beautiful piece of prairie. The forested segment of the trail here is hilly with an unusual variety of trees for the relatively small area. The upper portion of the trail currently circles a agricultural field that would be a real treasure if it was returned to prairie. From the high point of this section you can see from Blue Mounds to the Baraboo Bluffs.”

“If you are looking for the quintessential German restaurant / Supper Club in Wisconsin, this is it. It has a warm cozy atmosphere with a banquet hall available for when things get busy or there is an event happening. They have most of the German fare you would expect along with a great fish fry. I would recommend a brandy old fashioned and maybe a local brew as well. The prices are very reasonable for the area and the staff and management are very attentive.
