“Never imagined reviewing a pharmacy. I had an great experience at this location earlier this week though. Needed to fill a perscription and the pharmacist on duty clearly cared about each customer that she helped. For me she went the extra mile to help with the right manufacturer and getting the right thing for my insurance. While she was swamped with folks needing help she seemed ti effortlessly redirect frustrated customers ( from their own doings) to help them through their situation. Very impressed with the staff at this location. ( wish i knew the name of who helped myself and others - but THANK YOU)”

This person not only cares deeply for his patients but also is open and direct with his diagnosis. You can hear the sincerity in his voice and see the dedication in his actions. Today he drove all the way from his office to a memory care unit in Janesville in order to examine the current condition of my father. He spent over 1/2 hour talking to my father to gauge his current state and then took the time to independently meet with the family members to clarify what he had heard as well as to listen to our concerns and supporting information.
