I can't recall the first time we had Dave of EHT work on our home theater, but over a decade ago when he was working for another company. He configured the system to be forward compatible, which in the rapidly evolving world of electronics, connectivity, wifi, bluetooth, etc is impressive. Our most recent encounter was, for him, a pretty straightforward job; update the software of our Control 4, installing a new AV receiver and ROKU. The price was better than Amazon or any local big box, the system was calibrated (something I wouldn't feel comfortable doing), and he went thru all the new features our old system was lacking. We recently completed an AV project with Elemental Home Technologies and had a great experience throughout the entire process working with Dave Gerard. We had a general idea of what we wanted to accomplish, but Dave was extremely helpful in offering suggestions to meet our needs in terms of quality, space, and budget. His suggestions, along with a demo of several speaker options, allowed us to make informed decisions, and we couldn’t be happier with the equipment and the quality of the installation.
