“The coaches are great! They are so good at helping you to make your workout the best workout for you. They give lots of modifications for different fitness levels. They are encouraging and friendly in addition to being helpful. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've always felt very comfortable asking any questions I have. I felt welcome and valued from the first moment I walked in the door. The community as a whole is friendly and supportive. I love the workouts too!!!! I am an elite member and I'm about 10 workouts in. I can already feel a difference in my fitness level. If it seems a bit intimidating at first, keep going!!! It took me a 2-3 classes to get used to all the machines, terminology and flow of the classes. Now I am completely addicted and love every minute.”

The cafe has live plants and wood throughout which give it a warm and inviting feeling, but it also has high ceilings and a lot of natural light so it doesn't feel cramped. I also love the attention paid to the quality of the drinks. My latte is absolutely fantastic.”
