Trigger warning- TMI. This is a complaint, but I know there’s nothing they can do about it. They are operating solely through the drive-thru and appointment only in the lobby, completely understandable. But, I just started taking a medication and it’s not sitting well with me. I begged the teller to let me inside just to use the bathroom... it was an emergency...they said the bathroom is not open to members. I could not wait any longer, so I stepped out and puked in the parking lot. It was embarrassing, and I’m sorry to anyone who witnessed it. I totally understand the COVID policies in place, I just wish there was a little more compassion in the world these days. Running in and out of the bathroom would have been minimal exposure for the employees inside, and of course I would have washed my hands. But again, I do understand the precautions are necessary and I’m not the exception. Sorry I puked in your lanes.

I was the first customer there when they opened in Sun Prairie and they have always been very friendly and professional in my transactions. This credit union is exceptional when it comes to fair treatment of its customers.
