“Taylor saved my day twice in a week!! Last Wednesday, my Sim card on my cell phone was not working, and he had my phone up and running for me in less than five minutes, and at no charge! Today I had to stop back in to the Verizon store because my phone fell into a swimming pool yesterday, and was not functioning. He helped me get a new phone, set it all up, and transfer information from my iPad to my new cell phone. This location seems to be very busy, but he acknowledged each customer as they came in, let them know about how long it would be before he would get to them, and asked what their concern was today. Excellent customer service!!”

“I never pumped gas here before and decided to stop there one day after shopping at woodmans and was surprised to see they had a small service center there for oil changes and other small jobs. It was a nice addition to the gas station and there store, I will be returning one day to try out their services here, I have always been satisfied with their grocery store and their low prices and variety of products and have never had much complaints on their service at any of their locations, all over great place to visit.”

“Trigger warning- TMI. This is a complaint, but I know there’s nothing they can do about it. They are operating solely through the drive-thru and appointment only in the lobby, completely understandable. But, I just started taking a medication and it’s not sitting well with me. I begged the teller to let me inside just to use the bathroom... it was an emergency...they said the bathroom is not open to members. I could not wait any longer, so I stepped out and puked in the parking lot. It was embarrassing, and I’m sorry to anyone who witnessed it. I totally understand the COVID policies in place, I just wish there was a little more compassion in the world these days. Running in and out of the bathroom would have been minimal exposure for the employees inside, and of course I would have washed my hands. But again, I do understand the precautions are necessary and I’m not the exception. Sorry I puked in your lanes.”

“Food and service was very good. Loved the ambiance and the pictures of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr etc..all from a by gone era. Drinks were rather pricey, but it was the perfect place for a special celebration. Not a place I can justify going regularly to due to the expense, but again, it was perfect for a special night.”
