The instructors are very educated about the body, muscles and specific movements to work different muscles. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The culture created by those that work there make you feel like you belong.
I’ve tried expensive boot camps, countless gym memberships and never had the results I’ve had with Pilates. I’m wearing a size I haven’t worn in 15 years! I feel strong, beautiful and healthy.
This place, these people, will change your life!

(December 19, 2018, 10:09 am)Pilates exercise makes me feel confident to push myself and find strength that I didn't know I had. The instructors are great and offer the right amount of encouragement and challenge. I'm glad I joined.
(December 16, 2018, 6:15 pm)I have been taking classes there for the past 9 months and have absolutely LOVE IT! This is the first time in my life I have ever actually USED my membership. The staff is fantastic and so supportive. I can't recommend Pilates and Club Pilates enough!
