Service staff friendly. Up front about bookings of appointments being scheduled out. Let me know would be happy to schedule me as soon as appointment time I needed was available to meet my need of a timeframe. Service prices affordable. Always good experience with no surprise.

Zimbrick has been great to work with. I haven't purchased a car from them but I use their service center all the time. If you have an import vehicle, be prepared for a higher cost since they will have to make special trips to get the parts. Great people

Went there for an oil change. Interaction was minimal and the appointment was pretty quick. Waiting area was setup for social distancing. There was only one other customer waiting with me.

I bought my car from here and always go here for my oil change, which I feel is reasonably priced for my car. I have always received great customer service and the waiting area (local paper, tv, wifi, complementary coffee, snacks, water, etc) is first class. Only negative is there quotes for bigger repairs and tires is higher than some other area businesses.
