The only thing I would caution is that they are always busy so same day service is rare. If you need something done quickly I would specifically ask when to bring it. And they are amazing at keeping you informed and up-to-date on the status of your vehicle's service. Their service representative, Brandon, is always on top of everything that's going on with your car and calls to personally update you. Brandon is very professional and explains things very thoroughly and in a friendly manner. They don't find unnecessary things to repair to inflate the bill. Also, Conant is one of the few repair shops that has loaner vehicles which has been really important for us. As long as you call in advance they will make sure one is available while your car is in service. Highly recommended.”
