“We moved my mom to The Legacy at Noel Manor in mid-September, 2020 and we are so pleased that we made the move from a different memory care facility. The caregivers are kind, caring, and loving toward my mom. If she leaves and returns, she is greeted with "Welcome back!" I have observed only loving and kind redirections toward all residents. Residents are called by name and staff members seem to know each person's likes, dislikes, and idiosyncracies. I've seen staff members step in to help without being asked, just because they saw a need. Reassuring touches, kind words, and greetings by name create a sense of security and warmth. All staff members seem to feel empowered to make a difference in the lives of the residents. I am happy for us and for my mom that we found The Legacy.”
