We were upgraded due to construction remodeling... but had to pay more for a suite..$100 more for one night. One might think we would not have to pay extra since there were circumstances beyond our control. However, the room was nice and quiet.

First time staying here on our way to FL. Rooms are newly refurbished. Has that clean smell. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Full hot breakfast. Digital key worked through our stay. We felt safe…the hotel is behind the city’s police station.

Even thought the facility was being refreshed; it was in a clean, safe, and condition.
Location was well lighted and projected a location of safety.
Great staff that seem to apples h other snd truly works a team to satisfy their clients!
Customer oriented.
Great coffee!
Would definitely stay at this location again!

Welcomed by Jay at front desk. Very cordial, patient, and efficient. Some rooms are being renovated. Our room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was good. Only problem was housekeeper (twice) trying to enter our room with do not disturb sign on door.
