Had a dead battery. Called O'Reilly. They came 2 my home, jumped the car, then installed a new battery for me within 15 mins. Charged no additional service fee. Went above n beyond!

My friend’s car was having issues on a Sunday so we drove here and they not only helped us find what we needed, they let us borrow tools to help us get it fixed right in that moment. They were extremely hospitable and patient!

I usually come here when I need auto parts. Today I went because my lug bolt key had rounded out and I was desperately needing a new one in the case that I ever needed to take off my wheel. The guy at the counter knew right where one with my spline pattern was, brought it out, and it worked perfectly for my lug bolts. Great service and saved me from a huge headache.
