  I had the best dental cleaning of my life at Midwest Dental Waunakee.
  
  Often, there is a general anxiety during dentist appointments. However, Laura alleviated my anxiety with a friendly personality a high degree of content knowledge. Her tips and pointers were truly a value-add to this appointment.
  
  Similarly, Dr. Janet took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.
  
  This was a fantastic experience!

  Dr. Janet is extremely professional and easy to work with. He does a great job of explaining his recommendations while not making you feel as though you’re being pressured into unnecessary work. I absolutely love the at home whitening I got through the office. The front staff is always so friendly when you walk through the door. I would highly recommend Dr. Janet to anyone I know.

  Dr. Janet was exceptionally quick and also meticulous, while performing the job on a front tooth that I had chipped. He and his assistant worked together with great chemistry during the procedure. The whole experience took no longer than 10 minutes. great experience and totally recommend!

  Ive actually already recommended a patient, my brother Charles. but the staff there is just genuinly kind and always address any issues I have.. they gave me back my smile, from the start when i had quite literally no insurance and could only pay what i could they took me from having 3 impacted rotting teeth to a full smile again. Ive been going here for over 4 years, I highly highly recommend them.

  Dr Mazzara is the most knowledgeable and compassionate ENT our family has ever met! He is thorough and professional, leaving no questions unanswered. Our family has been patients of his for 10 years! Thanks for all you do!

  I am a two-time head and neck cancer survivor. I have been seeing Dr. Mazzara every six months for over 3 years and every time I go in it's more like visiting an old friend than seeing the doctor.
  
  He is on top of all the latest treatment regimens and technology and takes a genuine interest in me.
  
  On top of that he has a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.

  After visiting at least three other ENTs with my 3 year old daughter we finally met Dr. Mazzara. From the first visit, to her surgery and to the routine visits now at age 11 Dr. Mazzara has been wonderful to my daughter. I would have never thought my daughter would willing go to see an ENT after her initial horrible experiences with other doctors. My husband and I have seen Dr. Mazzara and Dr. Rosen ourselves as well and are very happy with the care we received.
