(November 6, 2018, 9:12 pm)I was driving through the area when a piece of tire came off a nearby truck right in front of me and I hit it with my car. The piece of tire knocked down a plastic protector under my car and it was dragging making a terrible sound. I did not want to drive with the sound so I pulled over and found this tire shop.
The people at this store worked on the bottom of my car for a good 30 minutes on a hot day. When I went up to pay the said don't worry about it. When I got back home I brought it to the dealership to make sure it was safe. The dealership told me that the work they did solved the problem and not further work was needed.
I am not used to this type of generosity and really appreciated this kindness.
