We had some continuing issues with a neighbor, but management was always responsive to the concerns and really took the time to make us feel at ease. Daniel, one of the leasing agents, is hands down our favorite person in the world! He talks to us like we’re friends, not just tenants, and is such a joy to be around. I also really appreciate Amanda, the property manager, who has more than accommodated our requests and concerns, and always responds quickly to emails. It is dog friendly, so there are quite a few of them, but you can’t fault the property for the way others handle their dogs’ behavior. Amenities are wonderful and really sealed the deal for us moving from the downtown area, as the same property there would cost double. 10/10 recommend 1GP!”
