“We had originally contacted Jim's for some damage to our back door on our Explorer. We also wanted them to look at some peeling paint on the hood. We were immediately told to contact a local Ford dealership because there has been a problem with the hoods and it should be covered under Ford. We called the dealership and they ordered us a new hood for Jim to paint and put on. If we weren't told about the hood issue we would've paid to have it fixed. They saved us a lot of money. Very honest and the door and hood look amazing.”

From there we discussed some repairs to the hood of my vehicle which meant it also had to be painted. This meant I was without a vehicle for three days and would be taken to another one of their shops. I knew who would be driving, they are insured and my vehicle would be locked inside their building. It’s beautiful!! After that, I needed tires! I’m one happy customer! Great customer service, phone contact, scheduling, and pricing! I’ve even taken my sisters vehicle there and they are getting additional service done in a week or so!! Highly recommend!!”
