“I ordered 90" wide Shannon Cuddle fabric out of California and they sent me the wrong color. I have to finish this quilt in 2 weeks so I called this store on a Sunday expecting an answering machine telling me the store hours. Jeanne not only answered but sent me multiple pictures showing me color options for my quilt. She shipped my order immediately on the Tuesday morning after Memorial day. Unfortunately the Postal Service didn't get it to me until Saturday. (Frustrated but not at all her fault!) Customer service like she provided is unheard of anymore so I appreciate her so much! “We hired Artisan Remodeling to remodel our kitchen and dining room and convert it into one open kitchen. Our 100 year old house came with a few quirks, like uneven ceilings, various flooring materials, and interesting floor layouts to name a few. AR was able to come up with creative and smart solutions to each of these while keeping in line with the aesthetic of an old historical home. The quality of the work is top of the line: Amish-constructed cabinetry, custom installation, extremely capable subs. The communication was excellent, with continual updates via text and email. We plan on hiring again for future projects.”
