Schultz's Cheese Haus

Stopped in and tried to get some questions answered about how cheese is made and the owner was however Rebecca stepped in and saved the day and came up with her best answers. Either one of us wasn't sure if any of those answers were right however she at least tried And made it sound good enough to be believable. I was able to get a slice of 15 year old cheddar and I cooked it on my Burger that night and you can watch the video here thanks for Rebecca for Stepping upAnd giving it your best.

Great stop when you go through. Handmade chocolate, wine, and of course cheese. Really nice variety and free samples offered. Grab some cheese curds for the rest of your trip.

What great find. When in Wisconsin i have to get cheese. Mandatory truck stop. The mustards are wonderful, the jams are deelightful, and the cheeses are stanky deeeliscious. 😀 store was clean, service was friendly. Thank yall, made my day not stanky...

A bonafide classic establishment peddling all sorts of edible delights from meat sticks to chocolate to wine to crackers, and yes, cheese. Plenty of free samples to be had whilst choosing what to take home, and trust me, you'll want to take home more than you can think. Friendly staff inside and a relaxing shaded outdoor area to enjoy a quick wine-and-cheese snack.

Cute shop, friendly staff. Make sure to try the squeaky cheese and the bacon cheddar cheese!
