“Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Some miscommunication happened when I ordered 5 yards of sand for my pool project and I wound up with 5 yards of the wrong sand. After talking with Al the next morning, he told me no problem as long as we can reach the sand with a skid loader we will pick up the wrong sand and bring back the right sand. Within a few hours I had exactly what I needed for my pool. Just straight up "We will make it right" attitude. That's what local customer service is all about!!”

“In response to the 1 star review that was done one month ago. I do know the entire story of this funeral because it was for my aunt. She was a lifelong member of Friedens (88 years). Pastor Straseske did want to conduct her funeral but JD did not want him to do the service. I am sure he would have done even if it was in the funeral home. My aunt always attended church when she could and played the organ there for many years. Pastor Straseske treats my dad very well and frequently visits him at the assisted living facility and has devotion and communion. My aunt also lived at the same facility. I do not like to see someone criticized when parts of the story are omitted.”

“Just a small, wayside park, but it's a WWII memorial purchased in 1947 by the citizens of Elba. It has beautiful river scenery across from the Astico campground. They do have a porta-potty during the summer, a charcoal grill, a spring fed waterfall of sorts, and a picnic table.”

Which compared to past mechanics is a wonderful change to know I’m getting good work done. It also a fair price. Definitely not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for.
