A very friendly place to go.. For nutritional, vitamin, fitness items this place is the best. They have smoothies, drinks, food for healthy eating. Everyone is very knowledgeable to help with questions and offer alternative ways to good health. Prices are fair and comparable to anywhere else.

Laid back, no pressure shopping here! Breath of fresh air, as I completely expected to be hounded like GNC or other stores. They have a great selection of anything from oils, nuts, cbd, vitamins, nut butters, and any gym supplements you could think of. The have a lot of Level 1, Bowmar, Optimum Nutrition, Now, and Bucked up products. Nice clearance shelf and basket tower of samples for 50 cents each. Also sell shaker bottles. There's a great menu for protein smoothies with things like collagen etc that you can add to your order. Really enjoyed it here. You need to visit if you are into fitness and/or your health. Nice staff.

Hands down by far the best supplement and nutrition store I've ever been to in my entire life! He truly cares about his customers. I have been going here now for a couple years and I won't go anywhere else. I would recommend to everyone there is a spot in Monroe as well as Freeport

My favorite place for a smoothie, they are all so yummy and the best part is they are healthy so no guilt! The other menu items are awesome as well with good portion size and the price can not be beat for a healthy fulfilling meal. I purchase supplements here as well and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I like to ask questions and they answer the questions and point me in the right direction to achieve the results I’m looking for. I really appreciate a business like this in our community!!
